At 30A Getaway Golf Cart Rentals, LLC, we understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to ensure clarity on your rental agreement.

Cancellation Terms:

• Full Refund: Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.

Modification Policy:

• All reservation modifications must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled rental delivery.
• Modifications are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to discuss changes.

No Shows & Early Returns:

• No refunds or credits will be provided for early returns.
• Failure to accept delivery of the golf cart at the scheduled delivery time without prior cancellation or modification will be treated as a cancellation within 7 days, resulting in a 50% cancellation fee.

Delivery Delays:

• In the event of delays at the time of delivery caused by the renter, an hourly charge of $50 per hour will be applied.
